Job description
The Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN seeks an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager to oversee 24-hour operations in a designated clinical area. This role coordinates teams to promote restorative care, supervises nursing staff, and serves as a clinical/policy resource for residents, families, and staff.
Required are an RN license, CPR, and leadership experience with gerontology and rehab services; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
