Job description
Lancaster Health Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager in the Lancaster, SC area. The ideal candidate will be an RN or LPN/LVN with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a proven ability to build strong staff relationships while delivering excellent patient care.
You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to lead your unit, coach team members, and maintain high standards of service and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
