Job description
Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking a Unit Manager RN/LPN to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing the nursing services department to ensure the highest quality of care. You will coordinate patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory guidelines.
This is a full-time on-site role with responsibilities across the facility and on-call duties as needed.
