Job description
Villa at Traverse Point is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to lead day-to-day nursing activities and ensure the highest quality of care. The role focuses on assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care to maintain standards.
Responsibilities include staffing, performance reviews, policy enforcement, and collaboration with administration and medical teams. CPR-certified RNs with 2+ years supervisory experience are preferred.
