Chase Ace Hardware | SPRIG Garden - Immediate Plant Nursery Manager Needed

Chase Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nursery Manager to join SPRIG Garden, a unique and locally owned plant nursery and garden center in San Rafael. As the Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate plant lovers, provide outstanding customer service, and manager the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service levels
Manage day-to-day operations of the plant nursery and garden center
Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the Nursery
Maintain a friendly and convenient environment for customers
Ensure quality plants and unique gift offerings are available
Requirements:
1 year experience in the nursery/garden/landscaping center industry with sales experience
Passion for plants, gardening, landscaping, and home projects
Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities
able to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
