nNew Beginning Plus Healthcare Services in Whitehall, OH, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our growing healthcare team. If you're passionate about making a real difference in patients' lives and thrive in a supportive, people-first environment, we want to hear from you!
nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct patient care and monitor patient health status on an ongoing basis
nAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
nAssess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
nDocument patient information, progress notes, and care activities accurately
nCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
nEducate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
nRespond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
nRequirements:
nValid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
nGraduate of an accredited nursing program
nCurrent CPR/BLS certification
nStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
nCompassionate, patient-centered approach to care
