Starting Pay: $18.00/hour and up. Your responsibilities will include:Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence and choiceAssisting with medications, treatments, and other care as permitted by applicable regulations and trainingEscorting and assisting residents throughout the community and outside as neededAssisting with meal setup, service, and cleanupSupporting and participating in resident activities and programsGetting to know our residents and building meaningful relationships with them and their familiesObserving and communicating changes in resident condition or needs to the appropriate team membersTreating every resident with dignity, respect, compassion, and patienceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in nursing, senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or a similar setting preferredRelevant certifications are a plusReliable attendance and a strong commitment to your scheduled shiftsCompassionate and respectful approach to working with older adultsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a care teamWillingness to learn and grow in the roleNo senior living experience?
