Central Staffing Office Float PoolBring your skills where they're needed most.Join the Central Staffing Office Float Pool and support patients and nursing teams across a variety of units while building experience throughout the hospital.Work InformationDepartment: Central Staffing Office / Float PoolShift: DaysFTE: Full-Time | 36 hours per weekRole: Float Pool – assignments may vary based on patient care and staffing needsUnder the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool supports patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized patient environment.Minimum QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPost-high school specialized training preferredLicensure & CertificationFlorida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferredPreferred: Two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting.BLS requiredAdditional RequirementsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English
