Nursing AssistantBring comfort, support and compassionate care to every patient interaction. Join the CFH Medical Unit as a Nursing Assistant and play an important role in supporting patients and the nursing team throughout their hospital stay.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.Work InformationDepartment: CFH Medical UnitShift: DaysSchedule: 6:15 AM – 7:15 PMStatus: Full-Time | 36 hours/weekRole Focus: Direct patient support, basic physical care, comfort measures and maintaining a safe and organized patient care environmentEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPost-high school specialized training preferredLicensure & CertificationFlorida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferredBLS requiredAdditional RequirementsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English
