Nursing Assistant Training CourseTake the first step toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with our Nursing Assistant Training Course. This comprehensive program provides the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to prepare for the State of Oregon Competency Exam.This fast-paced program includes:Classroom instruction to build foundational knowledgeLabs for hands-on skills practiceClinical practice in our facilities, working directly with residentsPreparation for the Oregon State Nursing Assistant Competency ExamCourse ScheduleClasses are held Monday through Friday for approximately 4–5 weeks and are offered at:Marquis PiedmontMarquis Tualatin*Please refer to the class schedule for specific dates and times.What We Expect from YouProfessional, attentive, and ready to participateAble to dedicate 2-3 hours of studying per nightCapable of lifting up to 40 poundsAbility to be on your feet for long periods of timeProficient in reading, writing, and comprehending EnglishEnrollment RequirementsMust be at least 17 years oldAble to pass a criminal background checkEnrollment ProcessSubmit an applicationAttend an in-person interview and provide a valid photo IDAccept a Nursing Assistant class offerComplete onboarding paperworkEnrollment Fees$2,000 all-inclusive Nursing Assistant course includes:TuitionTextbookState testing review sessionsBackground checkLab and clinical suppliesBLS CPR certification courseAdditional Costs Not IncludedOregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) Competency Exam Fee: $106 (paid after course completion)OSBN fingerprint-based background check through Fieldprint: $70.50 (paid after course completion)Scrubs for classroom and clinical participation (a clinical smock will be provided)Ready to make a difference?
