Highland Ridge Certified Nursing AssistantsHighland Ridge is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (Nursing Assistant / Caregiver/ HHA) to join our team in Long Term Care at Highland Ridge.Wage: $19.49 - $22.55+ per hour Based on Experience (Certified)Current opportunities include:FULL-TIME (2nd shift every other weekend) - Certified CNAs onlyPART-TIME (2nd shift every other weekend) - Certified CNAs onlyHighland Ridge is a senior living community in Williamsburg, Iowa. Exceptionally crafted townhomes, senior apartments, assisted living, a care center and memory care residence create a full array of senior living options.This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Care Center/Long Term CareAddress: 100 Village View Circle, Williamsburg, IA 52361ResponsibilitiesPerform ADL's as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.Monitor changes in Resident's conditionTransferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.QualificationsCaregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.To work in Long Term Care, Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
