Job description
n Primary Responsibilitiesn
n Patient Caren
n Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.n
n Help patients with mobility: turning, repositioning, and transferring between beds and wheelchairs.n
n Serve meals and assist with feeding if needed.n
n Vital Signs Monitoringn
n Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.n
n Report any changes in a patient’s condition to nurses or doctors.n
n Support for Nurses and Doctorsn
n Set up medical equipment and assist during some procedures.n
n Transport patients to different departments (e.g., radiology, surgery).n
n Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment.n
n Patient Observationn
n Monitor patients for signs of distress or changes in behavior.n
n Document care provided and communicate observations to the healthcare team.n
n Emotional Supportn
n Offer companionship and reassurance to patients.n
n Communicate with patients’ families and help them understand care routines.n
n Skills, education and Qualities we are looking for:n
n High School Diploma of the equivalentn
