Nursing Assistant CnaThe Nursing Assistant, CNA is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services as outlined in the clients care plan. This position is responsible for following the direction of the nursing staff by following the individualized care plan for the clients they care for.Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant CNA to join our dedicated team. We are a nonprofit senior living community offering a full range of care services, including assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, adult day services, independent living, homecare, and hospice.As part of Ecumen, one of Minnesota's largest and most trusted senior care providers with over 160 years of experience, you'll help make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults through compassionate care and inclusive, innovative service.Schedule Options:Part-TimeShifts: 6am-2:15pm, 2pm-10:15pm or 10pm-6:15amPosition works various weekdays, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.Compensation and Benefits:The targeted pay range for this job is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.Ecumen offers a comprehensive benefits package to our part-time team members including dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life & disability insurance, paid time off benefits, a generous 6% 401(k) match, and other well-being resources.Essential Job Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.Provide incontinence care, oral care, and support with assistive devices.Monitor vital signs and assist with range of motion exercises.Respond to call lights and safety needs promptly.Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.Support admissions, discharges, and accurate documentation.Communicate concerns to appropriate team members.Work collaboratively with staff in a dynamic care environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Required Qualifications:Must be 16 years of age or olderCertified Nursing Assistant certificateAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formatsAble to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalencyOne year experience as a CNAExperience working with SeniorsLicenses & Certifications:Certified Nursing AsstEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
