Job DutiesHelpApplies standardized nursing rules and procedures to provide patient care based on patient condition and response.Provides ongoing patient and family teaching including diabetic self-care, wound care management, medication purposes to support continuity of care.Collects and records vital signs.Assists patients with activities of daily living.Provides pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.Assists, prepares, collects, labels, and transports lab specimens.Assists in the arrangement of clinic appointments and discharge of patients.
