Job description
RiverWoods Exeter, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a dedicated LNA/MNA for our 3rd shift. In this role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in assisted living and nursing care settings, supporting ADLs, medication administration (within certification), and documentation in accordance with care plans and regulations. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, safety, and well-being.
