Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Join our caring team at our 42-bed skilled nursing facility, where resident-centered care and teamwork are our top priorities.This part-time position is scheduled 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with 6 shifts per pay period. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to residents while working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure each resident receives quality, compassionate care.Responsibilities include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.Taking and recording vital signs as directed.Assisting with meals, hydration, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting their independence whenever possible.Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional resident care.Qualifications:Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (or Nursing Assistant Registered, as applicable under state requirements).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.Compensation & Benefits:Hourly wage: $25.55–$27.15, based on qualifications and experience.Paid Leave Time (PLT) accrual.403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 5%.If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming, resident-focused skilled nursing community, we encourage you to apply.
