Nursing Assistant In TrainingWe believe that the care we provide to residents should be as superior as the care we would expect for our own loved ones. As a Nursing Assistant in Training, you will receive paid, hands-on training while learning to provide compassionate, high-quality care. You will support residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals while building meaningful relationships and promoting dignity and comfort. This role offers a strong foundation with opportunities to advance into a Trained Medical Assistant position.Starting wage is $ based on experience, with additional shift differentials of $2/hour for evenings and $3/hour for overnights. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for non-certified applicants, paid over one year, along with full coverage of certification costs.Benefits include shift differentials, overtime opportunities, generous Paid Leave Time (PLT), 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums, $150 monthly HSA contributions, employer-sponsored life insurance, and up to a 5% annual employer pension contribution.
