Job description
Nursing AssistantFind your purpose working as a Nursing Assistant at the Sauk Centre Hospital! Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans, addressing the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of our patients. Your role will also involve coordinating patient appointments, communicating with patients both on the phone and in person and performing various clerical tasks.This position may be required to provide assistance and support at other organizational sites, including but not limited to Long Prairie, Melrose and Paynesville, as operational needs dictate.
