Job Description
Provide routine and moderately complex patient care under licensed nursing supervision, including hygiene, feeding, mobility, positioning, and comfort measures.
Measure and record vital signs and diagnostic readings, recognize abnormal findings, and promptly report significant patient condition changes.
Assist with examinations, treatments, wound care, specimen collection, and emergency response within established procedures and demonstrated competency.
Document care in electronic health records, maintain patient records, and assist with appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Reinforce routine patient and family teaching, maintain infection control and safety standards, and keep care areas clean, equipped, and stocked.
