Job DetailsPRNJob Summary: Functions as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and clerical functions in a timely/efficient manner.Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program. Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.BLS required.Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level II) required after hire or transfer, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually.
