Location: PALO ALTO, CA Salary Range: $75 - 80/Hr

Required Skills & Qualifications
Current California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license
Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
Experience in emergency room or critical care settings
Familiarity with electronic health records and healthcare technology
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create and maintain a healing environment by providing emotional support and information to patients and their families
Assess patients, interpret data, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Implement and evaluate nursing and medical interventions, ensuring patient safety and compliance with standards
Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention, adjusting information based on cultural and developmental needs
