Job Title: Nursing - Clinical Nurse-INTVRAD
Location: PALO ALTO, CA
Salary Range: $75 - 80/Hr on W2
Introduction
Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in the Interventional Radiology department, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in interventional radiology or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create and maintain a healing environment by being present to the patient and family
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team
Teach patients and families self-care and illness prevention strategies
Monitor patient safety and compliance with standards and policies
Contribute to team building and positive morale within the unit
