Clinical Nurse
The Clinical Nurse (CN) role offers an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on care to oncology patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. Located in the vibrant city of Palo Alto, CA, this position allows you to work in a cutting-edge healthcare facility, where you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
$75 - 80 / Hr on W2
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in oncology nursing
Advanced certifications in oncology nursing
Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a supportive environment for patients and families through effective communication and emotional support
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary
Provide education to patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
Participate in team meetings and contribute to unit programs and initiatives
