Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks a Nursing Coordinator to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role manages staffing and patient flow, supports clinical teams, and promotes adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The coordinator collaborates with multidisciplinary providers, mentors nursing staff, and participates in quality and process-improvement initiatives.
