Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks a Nursing Coordinator to support safe, high-quality patient care within our acute care hospital. This role oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, patient flow, and adherence to clinical protocols. The Nursing Coordinator collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, supports nurse education and performance, and drives quality and safety initiatives. Working in our compassionate, faith-based, patient-centered environment, you’ll leverage advanced technologies and continuous learning to improve outcomes for diverse communities across Fairfield County.
