Job description
Mayfair Manor in Lexington, Kentucky, part of Signature HealthCARE, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the DON and ensure high-quality resident care in a 98-bed skilled nursing setting.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least three years of nursing experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. You will help supervise staff and uphold regulatory standards to advance person-directed care.
