Job description
Complete Care at Hales Corners, WI is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our 4-Star leadership team. This role offers strategic clinical oversight and a pathway to higher administration.
You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality initiatives, and partner with Facility Administration on budgets and operations. A strong LTC background and Wisconsin RN license are required.
