Job description
AdventHealth Surgery Center Wellswood is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and staff across the ambulatory surgical services. The role focuses on day-to-day OR operations, policy development, and collaboration with ASC administration to ensure fiscal accountability and high patient care standards.
The Director will oversee credentialing, safety, risk management and staff performance, leveraging clinical and leadership experience to improve outcomes and patient experience.
