Job description
The University Center for Ambulatory Surgery, LLC, in Franklin Township, NJ, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department at our ambulatory surgery center, overseeing staff, policy development, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a BSN, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, at least 5 years in nursing leadership, strong communication and decision-making skills, and a track record of quality improvement and EMR experience.
