Job description

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) / Assistant Nursing Director to join our leadership team. You will lead nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure compassionate, resident‑centered care for individuals with mental health needs.

As Assistant Nursing Director, you will oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and collaboration with physicians, families, and direct care staff to optimize resident outcomes and quality of life.
