Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Nursing Director of Behavioral Health in West Palm Beach, FL, to lead a 124-bed behavioral health unit within a 280-bed acute care hospital. This role requires full accountability for daily operations, quality initiatives, and fiscal performance while managing staff and aligning with safety regulations.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of Director level experience in Behavioral Health or substantial managerial experience in an acute care setting.
