Job description
Southbrooke Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Edna, TX seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
The DON will oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with physicians, and mentor staff through training and performance discussions. RN licensure is required; a 2-year degree is noted, with Bachelor’s preferred.
