Presbyterian Homes & Services' Fairway Knoll in Germantown, WI is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to lead our Assisted Living clinical team. The role reports to Campus Administrator and supervises all managers of clinical services, as well as RNs, LPNs, and Resident Assistants, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
