Hospital Sisters Health System seeks an experienced Nursing Leader for the Med Surge department in Springfield, IL. This full-time role focuses on operational leadership, budgeting, and staff development to ensure high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates possess 5+ years nursing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership. Requires RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS. BSN preferred; Master’s degree is a plus for advancement within HSHS.
