Job description
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Director of Nursing at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois. The DON will lead the nursing team, providing clinical and professional supervision within a correctional setting.
The role requires an active Illinois RN license, a BSN, and five years of supervisory experience; MSN is preferred. CPR/BLS certification and ability to obtain security clearance are required.
