Job description
Avir at Bellville is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee the department's operations and strategic direction. The DON will partner with hospital leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and safety while fostering a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and proven leadership in a fast-paced setting.
