Job description
Millennium Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations for our home health and hospice teams in the California area.
The role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with at least three years of management experience in home health, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), and a valid driver's license.
