Job description
Cascades Healthcare in Nebraska offers a Director of Nursing Training program for RN's to advance into SNF leadership. The program lasts about six months, is full-time, and conducted at a Nebraska facility with potential DON opportunities in Idaho, Utah, or Nebraska after completion.
