Job description
OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee Nursing Services, ensuring 24-hour supervision and adherence to physicians’ orders and regulatory standards. The DON will manage the nursing department and assume center operations in the administrator’s absence, conducting the nursing process under state Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
The role requires RN licensure, an associate or bachelor’s in nursing, and several years in long-term or acute care with supervisory experience.
