Job description
Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing service department, implement policies, and ensure regulatory compliance. The DON will supervise CNAs and nursing staff, oversee scheduling, and drive quality assurance programs within a skilled nursing facility.
The role requires a current Virginia RN license, leadership experience in DON/ADON roles, and collaboration across facility committees to maintain high standards of resident care.
