Job description
Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing operations and ensure the highest standard of resident care. This executive role oversees clinical staff, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while managing budgets and resources.
The DON will direct staffing, oversee care delivery, enforce infection control, and collaborate with medical staff to support residents and families.
