Job description
A Long Term Care Facility in California is seeking a nursing leader to oversee its Nursing Service Department. The DON will plan, organize, and direct operations to ensure quality care in compliance with federal and state standards.
The ideal candidate is an RN with 2+ years of DON or ADON experience, strong infection control, CMS/QA familiarity, and financial stewardship abilities. PCC/eMAR experience is preferred, with leadership responsibilities and ongoing staff development.
