Job description
Ohio Living seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Department across our life plan communities. You will plan, organize, develop and direct care operations to meet federal, state, and local standards while ensuring the highest quality of care for residents and patients.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives, maintaining compliance and fostering a supportive work environment.
