Job description
Arcadia Care seeks a Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct the daily functions of the Nursing Department in line with federal, state, and local standards to maintain the highest quality of care.
The DON will coordinate nursing services with other resident services, handle administrative duties, and ensure adequate staffing, medications, and safety equipment for each shift to sustain quality care.
