Job description
Legacy Nursing in Texas seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain cost efficiency. The role plans, organizes, coordinates, and assigns nursing tasks while supervising staff and enforcing compliance with policies.
The DON will participate in QA activities, coordinate with the IDT, and ensure accurate records, physician orders, and resident safety. Previous management experience is required.
