IAHD is seeking a Nursing Director to lead a multi-disciplinary team across NY openings. You will supervise Nurse Managers, RNs, LPNs and other clinicians, ensuring high-quality, compliant care aligned with acuity and patient needs.
You will oversee medication management, policy maintenance, staff training, and data-driven quality initiatives. The role requires NY RN licensure and 5+ years of leadership experience, with travel up to 50% as needed.
