Job description
MedStar Health’s Washington Hospital Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead defined nursing units, foster a professional practice environment, and ensure patient-centered care aligned with MedStar’s mission and Magnet/Pathways to Excellence goals.
The role requires 3–4 years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in management, DC licensure, and a proven track record in leadership, financial acumen, and clinical governance.
