Job description
MGM Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) at Campbell Street to lead the nursing department and ensure the highest quality care for residents. You will interpret policies, collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services, and guide staff through regulatory requirements and QAPI processes.
The DON will manage staffing, development, and performance, while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and maintaining budgetary controls.
