Job description
Piqua Care Center in Piqua, OH is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing department, ensuring high-quality care for residents and patients. You will lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, recruit and mentor staff, and drive quality improvement across the unit.
The role requires an RN license with 5–7 years of nursing experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity; BSN preferred. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with a focus on compliance and patient outcomes.
