Job description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Nursing for our PA Adult Services Center. You will lead nursing operations, supervise staff, manage the department budget, and coordinate with medical and operations teams to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires a PA RN license (BSN required; MSN preferred), with 5+ years nursing experience and 3+ years supervisory experience. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
